Message Templates

Message templates help you quickly and easily use frequently used message content, improving work efficiency and reducing the time spent on repetitive typing. By using pre-set templates, you can more efficiently send similar content to multiple contacts.

Saving a Message Template

Type the text you want to save in the message input box.
Click the Save button at the bottom right of the input box to save the current message content as a template.

Using a Message Template

Click the Message Template selection button at the bottom right of the message input box.
In the popup window, open the dropdown menu and select the template you want to use. The content of the selected template will automatically populate the input box.
If needed, you can modify or add to the content before sending.

Deleting a Message Template

Click the Message Template selection button at the bottom right of the message input box.
In the popup window, open the dropdown menu and click the delete icon next to the template you want to remove.

With message templates, you can easily manage and apply frequently used texts, quickly customize personalized messages, and communicate more efficiently with your audience.
