Step 1: Enter your audience's WhatsApp numbers

Wasup Sender provides two ways for you to choose: Enter to the input and import Excel file. Please make sure the number has the country code when filling in the form.

Step 2: Edit message content

You need to enter the prepared message content into Wasup Sender.

The Chrome extension not only supports sending text messages, but also allows you to attach photos, videos or files. You can save your frequently used text messages as message templates for easy reuse.

In addition, Wasup Sender also provides the function of random content and personalized message, which not only makes your bulk sending behavior more natural, but also displays different content based on the same message text for different users to increase the attractiveness of the message.

Step 3: Set the sending interval

Wasup Sender provides you with settings to modify the message sending time interval to reduce the behavior of bulk sending.

Step 4: Monitor sending status

Once the sending campaign starts, Wasup Sender will automatically enter the sending status interface, allowing you to monitor the sending process. If the sending process is aborted or some numbers fail to send due to some reasons, you can click Retry failed and unsent to retry sending the message content to the failed and unsent numbers.

Step 5: Check send history

Wasup Sender allows you to check the details of your last sending campaign, as well as an overview of your historical sending campaigns. By downloading sending result reports, you can view the sending results for the list of numbers.
